Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a permanent resident (domicile) of Bihar.
- Must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
- Secured admission in a recognized higher education institution in India or abroad.
- Annual family income should be within the prescribed limit as per Government norms.
- Applicant must not be a defaulter of any previous loan.
